This weekend will mark the 3rd conference I will be attending in 3 weeks. Grueling to say the least.
However, there is an unbelievable up side to attending conferences: building priceless relationships.
If you are trying to build a business (online especially due to the lack of personal interaction), it is impossible to calculate the value in being able to look potential clients and business partners in the eye and shake their hand.

BWE was my first conference, and I must say it was such a blast! Totally agree with networking face to face though, it makes such a big difference compared to emails/IM/Twitter.
It was cool meeting up with you and the rest of the UBD crew. Gotta hang out again at a future conference that’s for sure!
